1. Refund Overview

2. Refund Conditions
Applicable scope: Credit package purchases, subscription plans (monthly/yearly), all transactions completed through Paddle payment platform. Application period: Within 7 calendar days after purchase. Applicable situations include technical issues (service failures preventing normal use), operational errors (accidental purchases or duplicate payments). Usage restrictions: Credit packages with more than 50% usage will only refund the unused portion, subscriptions calculated based on actual usage days for refund amount.
3. Refund Application
Send email to fkontext@gmail.com, email must include: registered account email address, order number or transaction ID, purchase time, refund reason. Processing time: Confirmation (reply within 1-2 business days), Processing (complete review within 3-5 business days), Arrival (refund to original payment account within 5-10 business days).
4. Refund Method
Via Paddle payment platform original route refund: Refunds will automatically return to original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
5. Special Notes
After refund, account service will be downgraded to free version, generated images and history will be retained. Users who maliciously abuse refund policy may be denied service. We reserve the right to adjust refund policy under special circumstances.
